儘管市場競爭激烈，本批次推出的 60 套單位中，在首日便成功售出 48 套，銷售額達 人民幣 26.4 億元，佔該批次總貨值的 83.1%。目前，該項目的累計銷售總額已達 人民幣 123 億元。
最新的銷售數據證明了自 2024 年 12 月啟動預售以來的強勁勢頭，進一步肯定了「陸家嘴太古源源邸」作為上海頂級住宅地標的持續吸引力。為滿足市場需求，項目將於 2026 年 推出更多單位，而落成單位則預計於 2026 年及 2027 年 分階段交付予買家。
In January, Swire Properties revealed another excellent market response to the launch of the fourth batch of sales at Lujiazui Taikoo Yuan Residences in Shanghai, which features 11 residential towers comprising 378 three and four-bedroom apartments.
Despite keen market competition, 48 out of 60 units in this latest batch were sold on the first day, generating RMB 2.64 billion in sales and representing 83.1% of the batch’s total inventory value. Cumulative sales have now reached RMB 12.3 billion.
The latest figures demonstrate continued momentum from previous sales launches since December 2024 and reaffirm the sustained demand for Lujiazui Taikoo Yuan Residences as one of the city’s premier residential addresses. To meet market demand, more apartments will be offered in 2026 while completed apartments will be delivered to buyers in phases in 2026 and 2027.
